Description
Personal protective equipment is necessary for many working environments to protect us from numerous occupational hazards. From a health and safety perspective, supplying the PPE to your workforce is just one half of the process, making sure it is properly fitted, maintained, and worn when it should be, is the other half. This Personal Protective Equipment course takes a look at the various types of PPE and when they should be worn.
Once the course is completed, you will have learned the importance of selecting the appropriate PPE for a particular task, and maintaining your PPE to maximize its effectiveness. This course is one part of a 36-part Induction Series aimed at blue-collar workers.
