Description
"If your work involves long stints in front of a computer, the way you sit at your desk will make an enormous difference to how you feel at the end of the day. There is a multitude of factors that determine whether a sitting posture might lead to repetitive strain issues or not. This Computer Ergonomics course will highlight those factors, with the aim of reducing or eliminating repetitive strain and/or musculoskeletal injuries in your workplace.
Once the course is completed, you will have learned the ideal posture for working in front of the computer to minimize neck and shoulder strain, a range of simple stretching exercises, and the importance of taking regular breaks. This course is one part of a 36-part Induction Series aimed at blue-collar workers."
