What you'll learn
Description
Whether you are an employee or a subcontractor, when you carry out work for an organization you are regarded as an employee of that organization, and as such, under the WHS / OHS Act, there are mutual obligations. This Code of Conduct course will provide your office workers with a heightened awareness of the mutual obligations from a safety perspective for both the employer and employee (otherwise known as Duty of Care).
Once the course is completed, you will have learned which behaviors are not tolerated in the workplace, and the importance of all employees, subcontractors, and visitors being treated with dignity, courtesy, and respect. This course is one part of an 18-part Office Induction series aimed at new inductees and existing office workers.
